Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has been accused in a new lawsuit of sexually assaulting a former Making the Band competitor as he repeatedly asked “if she needed anything at all.”

Sara Rivers, who took part in the show and was a member of Da Band, has filed a $60 million civil lawsuit against the Bad Boy Records founder. Rivers filed the lawsuit in New York as the Gender Motivated Violence Act was set to close.

In the lawsuit, which has been obtained by The Mirror US, Rivers alleged Combs sexually harassed and assaulted her. She also accused the rapper of battery and alleged he forced her to work under “inhumane” conditions.

In the documents, Rivers alleged Combs assaulted her as she walked down a hallway and claimed he backed her into a corner. She alleged Diddy was so close “he could kiss her.”

The lawsuit alleged Diddy asked Rivers “in a low, sensual voice how she is doing, if she’s ok and if she needed anything at all.” Rivers claimed Combs then “used his left hand to adjust collar of her jacket and then ran his left hand across her breasts while repeating the phrase if she needs anything to let him know.”

Rivers also accused the Last Night hitmaker of “making physical threats” to other members of Da Band. In the lawsuit, she claimed Combs showed “aggressive and abusive behavior.”

He allegedly enabled “inhumane” conditions, such as controlling Rivers’ eating and sleeping schedule. The lawsuit alleged during one episode of Making The Band, “Diddy makes another statement about his intent to ‘break some of them in an hour,’ or ‘make them have a nervous breakdown’ and/or make them ‘pass out, become unhealthy and quit.'”

Rivers alleged she was “the only individual who Defendant Diddy scrutinized in such a sexual and humiliating manner.” In one incident, she alleged Combs told her “everything needed to get firmed up” as he looked at her backside. The lawsuit alleged that in the second season of Making The Band, Combs “inspects” Rivers and her bandmates.

“Diddy ‘inspects’ Plaintiff and questions Plaintiff if she had ‘gained weight’,” the lawsuit alleged. It continued, “Diddy tells Plaintiff that, ‘one of her jobs is for guys to look at her a lot,’ that her stomach looked “loose” and that if she was going to show her stomach she should “make sure it was right.'”

Combs is then alleged to have instructed Rivers to “turn around so he can look at her backside.”

“Defendant then tells Plaintiff ‘everything needed to get firmed up,'” the law suit alleges.

In a statement shared with The Mirror US, the rapper’s legal team denied the claims made in Rivers’ lawsuit. Combs’ attorneys have also previously filed a defamation lawsuit against attorney Ariel Mitchell, who filed the lawsuit on behalf of Rivers.

“This is yet another example of false claims being filed against Mr. Combs,” they said. “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it wont change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyoneman or woman, adult or minor.”

Diddy’s attorneys continued, “We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. With the deadline for New Yorks Gender-Motivated Violence Act expiring tomorrow, its clear that opportunists are rushing to file last-minute, meritless claims. Mr. Combs remains confident he will prevail in court.”
