Joy Taylor is alleged to have slept with fellow FOX Sports personality Emmanuel Acho in a bombshell lawsuit.
On Sunday, it was revealed that a 42-page lawsuit was filed by former FOX Sports hairstylist Noushin Faraji alleging workplace misconduct, naming FOX, FOX Sports, FS1, FS2, FOX Sports Executive Charlie Dixon, Skip Bayless and Taylor as defendants. Faraji’s allegations also included Bayless offering her money for sexual favors.
Additionally, the lawsuit accuses Taylor of having slept with Acho in order to advance her position within the network. Taylor and Acho have not yet responded to the allegations but has been approached by The Mirror U.S. Sports for comment.

On page 11 of the lawsuit, Faraji claims she spoke with the 37-year-old regarding her decision to sleep with Acho and Dixon as it could have disastrous repercussions, to which Taylor allegedly dismissed any worries.
“In approximately February 2020, Ms. Taylor asked Ms. Faraji to meet her for lunch in Beverly Hills,” a subsection labeled “Ms. Taylor again uses her sexuality to get on a show” began. “When Mr. Faraji arrived, she found Ms. Taylor with a man, Emmanuel Acho (“Mr. Acho”). Ms. Faraji did not know Mr. Acho but col tell that the two were romantically involved.
“A few months after meeting Mr. Acho at the lunch, Ms. Faraji noticed him in the hallway while at work. Ms. Faraji later asked Ms. Taylor if Mr. Acho also worked at Fox. Ms. Taylor confirmed and explained that she wanted Mr. Acho to eventually recommend her on the show ‘Speak for Yourself.’
“Ms. Faraji became alarmed and warned Ms. Taylor that she should probably not sleep with Mr. Dixon and Mr. Acho at the same time, as Mr. Dixon is a very powerful man that may become very angry.” Despite Faraji’s warnings, Taylor explained she had a contingency plan.

“Ms. Taylor told her not to worry about it,” the lawsuit continued. “She explained that was also now powerful, and once Mr. Dixon was no longe useful to her, she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her. She would not allow herself to be forced out by Mr. Dixon like other women talent.”
In October 2021, Faraji’s friendship with Taylor ended. Two years later, Taylor allegedly began insulting Faraji, with the former mocking how the latter’s accent allegedly made it difficult for her to understand, among other actions. Despite doing Taylor’s hair for seven years, she allegedly began asking for a “black stylist.”
By early August 2024, Faraji’s work schedule was reduced and her employment ultimately was terminated by FOX Sports. Along with her interactions with Taylor, Faraji also alleged Bayless acted inappropriately toward her, giving her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while putting his body against hers and pressing against her breasts.”
The lawsuit also alleged that Bayless offered Faraji $1.5 million in exchange for sex, which the former FOX hair stylist denied consistently. Faraji also claimed she made several complaints to human resources, with Dixon allegedly grabbing her ‘buttocks’ at a birthday party.
The suit filed on behalf of Faraji seeks class-action status, with Faraji is seeking monetary damages and a jury trial. In light of the allegations, FOX Sports released a statement: “We take these allegations seriously and have no further comment at this time given this pending litigation.” Bayless has also been approached for comment.
