Mötley Crüe is set to reignite the rock scene in Las Vegas, a decade after their dramatic retirement from touring!

On Thursday, the iconic band announced a residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM, kicking off in March 2025. “We were wrong in retiring, obviously,” admitted Nikki Sixx, 65, in an exclusive statement to PEOPLE.

Originally, in 2015, the band signed a Cessation of Touring agreement, vowing to hang up their touring boots for good. However, just seven years later, they surprised fans by co-headlining The Stadium Tour and The World Tour alongside Def Leppard, lighting up music festivals and thrilling tens of thousands of fans each night.

This time in Vegas, Mötley Crüe plans to offer a more intimate experience and reimagine their performances. “We want to rethink our songs and incorporate tracks that fans have been asking for, maybe some B-tracks and different tracks, creating an intimate evening with the band,” Sixx shared. “We’re in the early creative process, but we don’t want to repeat ourselves. We want to do something special for Vegas.”
